To make good use of my "missing Dan" time today, I thought I would be productive and post pictures of our vacation trip from 2 months ago!!! I'm nothing if not completely behind on everything in life!

Sea World 2008!

Thanks to the Heroes Salute program, our family gets in free to Sea World one time each calendar year (less the $12 parking). Last year we ended up going on Christmas Day and had a wonderful time! We considered repeating that tradition, but it was raining on Christmas Day this year so went today, just in the nick of time. I promised my husband that to make it as enjoyable as possible, I wouldn't worry about getting to any single show. It's a really good thing we had no schedule because it was crazy packed today, and the 2 shows we tried [casually] to get to closed before their start time. We had such a good time, though, so get ready for the pictures!!!

Stay-cation!

Okay, we wanted to do something fun as a family before school is upon us, and we say good-bye to these beach days of summer. Dan had a great idea to take a trolley ride, so we jumped on our nearest stop. We really had no other plans but riding the trolley, which is what made this day great! It was like we were really on vacation because we didn't have to be anywhere!
